Fardin Pelarek – Nursery Manager
Qualifications and training: Certificate II in Horticulture; Certificate II in Arboriculture; Florabank Trained; Diploma of Applied Science- Laboratory Techniques (Deferred); Senior First Aid Certificate; OH&S Induction Training – Construction (White Card)
Experience: Fardin has over six years experience in the nursery and bush regeneration industry, including three and a half years as nursery assistant at Harvest Seeds and Native Plants and as a volunteer bush regenerator at Cumberland State Forest. Fardin also has extensive experience undertaking tree climbing/lopping in gardens and also for seed collecting contracts. He currently manages Reveg-it Native Nursery on a full time basis.

Tim Baker – Partner
Qualifications and training: Bachelor of Applied Science (Natural Resource Management); Certificate II in Bush Regeneration; Certificate IV in Conservation and Land Management (Natural Area Restoration); Statement of Attainment in Aspects of Indigenous Culture; Aquatic Macrophytes in Urban wetlands: Identification, assessment and management (WET); Why and How to Monitor Wetlands (WET); Graduate Cert. in Information Technology; Senior First Aid Certificate; OH&S Induction Training – Construction (Green Card); ChemCert Accreditation (AQF 3)
Experience: Tim has over seven years experience in the bush regeneration industry, he is familiar with plant propagation and has worked at Wollondilly Council Nursery as Nursery Operator for three months in 2004. Other experience includes two years as a bush regenerator with Toolijooa, six months as a Greencorps Supervisor with CVA, and two years as a bush regenerator with Lane Cove Council, for one month of which he was Bushcare Coordinator. Tim founded Bush-it in August 2004 and during this year, he also worked as a Bushcare trainer for Hornsby Council. Tim has worked in numerous vegetation communities throughout the Sydney Metropolitan Area, he continues to manage Bush-it and works with Reveg-it part time.
